Fully Supported Fertility

Nutrition support that helps you focus on what actually matters—without unnecessary stress or restriction

If you’re trying to conceive, chances are you’ve already made changes to your nutrition and lifestyle.

And at the same time, it can still feel unclear:

  • what actually makes a difference

  • what’s worth focusing on

  • what’s just adding stress or unnecessary restriction

This program is designed to bring clarity, structure, and ongoing support—so you’re not left piecing it together on your own.

You’re in the right place if you’re:

  • Stressed about what you “should” be eating (or avoiding)

  • Tired of endlessly searching the internet for answers

  • Confused by conflicting nutrition advice

  • Frustrated by guidance that feels overly restrictive or weight-focused

  • Motivated to support your fertility, but unsure what actually makes a difference

  • A more supported, less overwhelming approach to fertility nutrition. Most people I work with aren’t starting from scratch. They’re already eating “pretty well.” They’re already trying. What’s often missing isn’t effort—it’s personalization, context, and a clear path forward. That’s what this program is designed to provide.

What this support helps you do

We’ve brought together the current body of evidence along with real-life application, so you don’t have to piece it together on your own.

Spend less time searching—and more time feeling clear

Support your fertility in a meaningful, realistic way

While fertility is not entirely within your control, nutrition is one piece of the puzzle. This program helps you focus on where it can make a difference—without overemphasizing what’s outside your control.

Feel more confident in your decisions

You’ll receive nuanced, evidence-based guidance to help you make nutrition and lifestyle choices that feel informed, realistic, and aligned with your goals.

Get context—not just more content

You’ve likely come across conflicting advice online—or even from trusted sources. This program helps you understand how to apply information in a way that actually makes sense for you.

Meet your dietitian

I believe food is more than just fuel—it's a source of pleasure, connection, and healing.

My philosophy is grounded in weight-inclusive care, intuitive eating, and evidence-based nutrition.

I focus on supporting you in making choices that not only meet your body’s needs but also align with your personal values and well-being.

After earning my nutrition degree from university, I embarked on my career at the prestigious Weill Cornell Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility in New York City. As a patient coordinator, I guided thousands of patients through fertility treatments. This experience exposed me to the stress, anxiety, and feeling of being out of control that many women and couples faced.

However, I also recognized that nutrition and lifestyle changes were factors within their control, capable of improving their chances of conceiving and enhancing overall wellbeing. This realization sparked my dedication to focusing on nutrition as a preventative measure and therapeutic tool—what I call food therapy.

A note on approach

This program is grounded in a weight-inclusive, non-restrictive approach to nutrition.

The goal isn’t to follow a perfect diet—it’s to support your health in a way that’s realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your life.

Food journaling, if used, is a short-term tool for insight—not a requirement.

Ongoing support between sessions

You don’t have to wait weeks between appointments to get your questions answered or second-guess decisions on your own.

  • Messaging access Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm

  • Responses within 1–2 business days

Messaging is designed for check-ins and questions between sessions, and not as a replacement for scheduled appointments.
