Diet & Endometriosis: A Virtual Lunch & Learn

Join us for an engaging virtual lunch and learn exploring the role of nutrition in endometriosis care, led by Rachelle Mallik, MA, RDN, a nationally recognized dietitian specializing in reproductive and women’s health.

Endometriosis is a complex, inflammatory condition, and while there is no single “endometriosis diet,” evidence suggests that nutrition can play a meaningful role in supporting symptom management, gut health, and overall well-being. In this session, Rachelle will break down what the research actually says about diet and endometriosis and help separate evidence-based strategies from common myths and restrictive advice.

Grounded in weight-inclusive care, intuitive eating, and clinical evidence, this talk will focus on practical, sustainable approaches to nourishment rather than elimination diets or one-size-fits-all rules. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how food can support the body without adding stress, guilt, or unrealistic expectations.

Rachelle is the founder of The Food Therapist and has worked extensively in reproductive health, including at the Weill Cornell Center for Reproductive Medicine and Infertility. She has been featured in national outlets includingWebMD, SELF, Refinery29, Parents, andEating Well. Rachelle regularly speaks at professional conferences, including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and serves as a reproductive health content expert for the Nutrition Care Manual’s Board of Editors.

This session is ideal for individuals living with endometriosis, clinicians, researchers, and anyone interested in evidence-based, compassionate approaches to nutrition and women’s health.
